The story of a young Native American woman and her mother who both must come to terms with the young woman’s illness. Pain turns into a source of inspiration, igniting her mother’s gift for storytelling and ultimately paving a path of magical transformations.

Filmmaker Marjan Tehrani chronicles her brother's return to Iran as he travels with his American wife to have a traditional Persian wedding and explore his lost heritage. In weaving the couple's personal story with archival news footage, ARUSI considers the history and impact of the relationship between Iran and America.

16-year-old Carsten just started dating Melissa. He is introduced to her sweet and likeable parents, who kindly welcome their first son in law. On a weekend in their summerhouse it turns out that Carsten and Melissa’s dad might have more in common than they first thought.

On Sept. 1, 2005, photographer Steve Gatlin embarked on a journey around the country for 24 days, each day visiting a new state to take just one photograph until he filled a single roll of film. Each photograph was taken at night, outdoors, using time-lapse settings, and the models were all in the nude.
